When it comes to meeting women, it is critical to be able to have strong inner game and confidence to approach her, get her attracted and seduce her. Role models help by giving us the best characteristics to emulate and give it our own finishing touch. Pacino is the good kind of crazy, powerful, dominant and his brass balls really make him bold and attractive in the eyes of women.

Gain Muscle NOW! Power Workout

All weights are at 135lbs, 3 sets, and no rest. 3 times/week. For novices, cut the weight to 65lbs and gradually increase. For novices, instead of performing bodyweight pull-ups, substitute with Pulldowns at 65lbs. For advanced lifters, increase reps to 25 for the weight training exercises, 50 reps for Squat Jumps and Vertical Crunches.

1) Squats (15 reps)
2) Bench Press (15 reps)
3) Deadlifts (15 reps)
4) Pull-ups (15 reps)
5) Dips (15 reps)
6) Squat Jumps (25 reps)
7) Vertical Leg Crunches (25 reps)

All about the wrists

It’s crucial to keep your wrists straight while you workout. Almost all of my novice clients bend their wrists while performing squats, bench press, rows, etc. Not only will bending your wrist greatly increase the possibility of injuries like tendonitis, it will also hamper your growth. Strength and muscular increases will be hampered. Pretend that you have an iron rod connecting from your hand to your elbow. Your wrists should never bend at any point during the exercise. Yes I’m aware that some people bend their wrists to work their forearms, forearm curls are the exception to this rule. For heavy lifts don’t use wrist straps, let your grip strength develop naturally. In time you will be as strong as a bull.
